what you might be wondering Where is your warehouse located?Our warehouse is located in Miami, on the sunny Gold Coast. Can I visit your warehouse?Although our warehouse is not open to the public, if you make a special request it may be possible to make an appointment with Susie. Is there a Kahuna Bay store?Not at this time. Where can I see the Kahuna Bay products in person?We have around 100+ stockist boutiques carrying the Kahuna Bay label in their stores throughout Australia. See our stockist list page for a store near you. How much is postage when I shop online and I live in Australia?We have a flat rate fee of $15.95 in Australia (for main city & regional areas, remote areas may incur additional charges) for postage and handling. This excludes art. Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?Yes. We have numerous customers in Canada, the USA and Europe. How much is shipping to countries outside of Australia?You'll need to get a shipping quote for your purchase to your country. To give you an idea, to the USA, shipping is usually $30 AU dollars per kilo of weight. How much is shipping for art?Estimate about $25 per canvas for shipping within Australian capital cities. Do you use a courier for deliveries or Australia Post?We usually use Fastways or TNT couriers. If we use Australia Post your package is always registered. How do I pay when shopping online?You can pay with your credit card online. We use Pay Pal to process your credit card payments, which makes it even more secure as we never see your credit card details. Please see our payment methods page for more details. Can I pay by cheque, or money order?You can arrange to pay by cheque or money order if you live in Australia. Select this option when you "check-out." I'm ordering a gift for a friend. Can you leave out payment information and include a gift tag?Sure we can. Just send us an e-mail or give us special instructions on your order. How long will it take for you to pack and ship my order?We usually pack and ship your order within 48 hours after receiving your cleared payment when you order Monday-Friday. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order. We will always let you know by e-mail when your order has been shipped. What if the item I've ordered is out of stock?If your item is out of stock we'll contact you straight away. Usually the item is noted in the online store that it is out of stock. In the rare case your item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of the matter and when your item will be back in stock/or to arrange a refund. How long does it take to ship to the USA?It usually takes about 3 weeks to ship to the USA. What if I need to make a return?No problem. We understand that once in a while an item may not be exactly as you pictured it in your head. We have a 100% happy money back guarantee. We just ask that you pay for the freight back to us.
